Here’s to Hoping for a White Christmas with Some Winter White

Here's to Hoping for a White Christmas with Some Winter White WHITE DENIM / BURGUNDY KNIT (similar – also here & here) / CAMEL PEA COAT (also here & here) / SLATE ENVELOPE CLUTCHCHARCOAL BOOTIES (on sale!)

I have a love-hate relationship with the month of December. On one hand, I love that it’s Christmastime and all of the joy that this month brings. While on the other hand, I’d do anything to skip over the month that is the dreaded WINTER.

Then again, though it will always be my least favorite season of the year, I love the possibility of having a white Christmas. Love-hate. See what I mean?

Winter white will always be my favorite cold-weather trend. There’s something so crisp about a pair of white denim or a cozy white sweater that just works.

While I’m quick to throw on a pair of skinnies and boots this time of year to keep extra warm, I found this pair of denim from none other than Old Navy (who is totally stepping up their denim game, by the way), and fell in love. The dramatic flare coupled with the amazingly-comfortable stretch fabric moved this pair straight to the top of my most-loved denim list.

Chunky knits take up juuuust about my entire closet this time of year, and I’m not complaining one bit. I paired this burgundy turtleneck with a camel pea coat that I’ve had forever. Funny thing is, I haven’t worn it in years and straight up forgot I had it, so finding it was like getting a new coat.

I just love that you’re wearing the white jeans in December! Who says that’s not allowed? Not me, that’s for sure 🙂 And you can’t go wrong with camel either!
My favorite for December actually happens to be camel with just about anything… I combine high and low 🙂

I haven’t been in Old Navy in forever, but I had noticed they had been stepping up their game. These flared white denim jeans are just amazing. Such a fun, yet staple pair of pants that everyone should have in their wardrobe!

Thanks Taylor! So lucky to live where I do and be so close to the beach 🙂 I am lovvvving Old Navy’s Rockstar line; I’ve found so many great pairs!

I’m not sure I’ve ever tried Old Navy’s denim, but these pants are so fabulous on you that I’m thinking I need to do a trial run! Loving this winter white look, and definitely hoping for a white Christmas – though it’s unlikely considering RVA is supposed to be in the 50’s that day 🙁 Hope you get to enjoy some flurries!

I have to admit I’m such a denim snob and was never a big fan, but they have totally upped their game in the last year or so with their Rockstar line! They fit like a glove and have the perfect amount of stretch to make them so cozy and comfortable. As for a white Christmas, we’re supposed to be mid-40s…but one can hope right?!
