I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving with family and friends, and that everyone got some time to relax during the long weekend. Joe and I spent the holiday up in New Hampshire and got back to New York Saturday night - we've been lounging in our sweats ever since.
This season one of my goals is to bring a new mix of content to the blog, so today we're talking beauty (ps - excuse the awful indoor lighting thanks to daylight savings!). While I have my holy grail beauty products that I use all year round, I also like to switch things up season to season. Today's post will focus on a little bit of both, and I'll walk you through my 10 Autumn beauty essentials of the moment.

Becca Under Eye Brightening Corrector - I've been using this lately before I apply my under eye concealer. My issue when it comes to under eyes is dark circles and this is by far my favorite color corrector I've tried. It works so well that I don't even really need an under eye concealer over it, but I like to use it to even out my skin tone.
Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Aquacealer Concealer - I just switched to this concealer because I wasn't loving the coverage with my previous one. This is great because it's medium, buildable coverage so it doesn't feel too thick, but if you need a little extra coverage, it's easy to achieve. This stuff stays on all day too. This time of year I use shade Light.
Herbivore Beach Wave Sea Mist - Can't say enough about how much I love this product. It is THE best smelling hair product I have ever owned (coconut + sea salt is a match made in heaven) and I love how it adds texture to my waves without leaving my hair feeling stiff or sticky. I give my hair a few spritzes after waving it.
Kopari Coconut Kiss Kit - I recently told you about this lip savior in my winter skincare post, but I couldn't leave it out of this one! I carry this lip balm with me everywhere, and it keeps my lips feeling perfectly moisturized 24/7.
Moroccanoil Hair Treatment - This mini bottle is my secret weapon. I run a dime-sized drop through damp hair before air drying or blow drying, and it not only speeds drying time, but it boosts smoothness and shine. Seriously - my hair feels like cashmere after I use this stuff. It's also a great de-frizzer!
MAC Powder Blush in Pinch Me - I like to switch up my blush from season to season and go a little darker this time of year. Pinch me is a medium dirty rose coral (I always tend to love corals but this one is a nice darker shade) and is buildable based on how pigmented you want your cheeks to look.
Josie Maran Argan Enlightenment Illuminizer - This is one of my holy grail products that you'll find in my makeup bag at any given time, all year round. I swear by this illuminizer, and mix it into my foundation for a brightened, dewy look.
Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Definer - I recently switched from the Brow Wiz to the Brow Definer and what I love about this one over the Wiz is the angled tip. I need the most coverage near the inside of my brows, and the angled applicator fills that in in seconds. I use shade Medium Brown.
Makeup Forever Mat Velvet+ Foundation - I'm not one to switch up my foundation often. I went all through high school and college using the same one until I felt like I wanted something with better coverage. It can be so hard to find the right makeup product, but I've officially found my new go-to. Mixing my illuminizer in with this foundation still gives me full coverage, but it creates a brighter (less matte) look. I switch between shades F25 and F45 (I will usually mix them both together based on if I'm wearing self tanner or not.
Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Eyeshadow Palette III - I just highlighted this in my recent gift guide and I can't say enough about how much I love it! This palette is another holy grail that I use all year long. I'm not a big eyeshadow person, but when I have a special event, I love to play around with neutral tones. This has the perfect mix of darks, mediums and lights.
